It is listed as a member of the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE), a global association active in higher education quality assurance, and ECLBS states that it is connected with the Council for Higher Education Accreditation International Quality Group (CHEA CIQG), linked to the Council for Higher Education Accreditation in the United States. These links should be understood as part of international quality dialogue and professional cooperation, not as a replacement for national regulation or governmental recognition.
For distance business schools, this type of external quality review can help close an important gap. Many private and online institutions need frameworks that are independent, structured, and internationally understandable, while still being realistic for flexible education models.
